Abstract This proposal introduces the Thena Bootstrap initiative along with a new referral program to enhance user engagement and rewards within the Quoll Finance ecosystem.

• 10,000-50,000 THE: 3 points per THE.
• 50,001-100,000 THE: 4 points per THE.
• 100,000+ THE: 5 points per THE.

Referral Multiplicator:

• Base Multiplier: 1.
• 1 Referral: x1.01.
• 2 Referrals: x1.02.
• Additional Referrals: +0.01 per referral up to 10 referrals.
• 11-50 Referrals: +0.02 per referral.
• 51-100 Referrals: +0.03 per referral.
• Requirement: Minimum 1000 THE deposit to generate a referral link.

Welcome Offer: New users who join via a referral receive 500 points with a minimum deposit of 200 THE. 700 points compared to 200 points without a referral.
