This proposal aims to cancel QIP 10 retroactively, starting from last redemption trial.

The trials results were not conclusive and did not meet our expectations. Therefore, we propose to retroactively cancel the previously approved proposal (QIP 10), which was never implemented. From now on, we will accumulate permanently, veTHE locked ad-vitam as we were initially designed to do.
