Phase 2 Part 2: Complex Coordination

Coordination between voters is certainly possible, but the more narrow the requirements, the harder it will be to succeed.

In this task, the goal is to get the following vote result:

Option 1: 10% Option 2: 15% Option 3: 20% Option 4: 25% Option 5: 30%

There are 2500 HOPR tokens available for this task. The full prize will be awarded for succeeding within 1% margin of error. This will then reduce linearly down to 0 at a 5% margin of error.
