Phase 1 Part 3: Split Choice QV

Challenge: As a community, assign the most voting power to each option. The vote count of the least popular option will be the final score and determine the prize payout. There are up to 5000 HOPR tokens available here. Team C will not vote.

Quadratic voting is fairly intuitive to understand when voting for a single option, but things are more complicated when you get to split your vote.

Each token you assign to a single option is worth slightly less than the one before, but this count starts from zero when you move to a new option. This forces you to decide between allocating less voting power to your preferred option, or more power to a range of choices.

NOTE: Snapshot normalizes the vote count after each vote to match the current number of voting tokens, this is a great way to handle quadratic funding, but it isn't a very intuitive way to think about quadratic voting. We'll be contacting Snapshot to propose a UI change, and will also revisualize the results of some questions after the event ends.
