Phase 2 Part 2: Disrupted Coordination 1

Coordination becomes harder again when different voting blocks are involved, even if they don't have strongly conflicting interests.

In this task, there are different goals, depending on your team:

Team A:

Make Option 1 receive half as many votes as Option 2.

Team B:

Make Option 3 receive 10% fewer votes than Option 4

Remember that the same quadratic rules as previous proposals still apply!

There are 2000 HOPR tokens available for this task, provided BOTH teams complete their goals within a 5% margin of error.

To make the problem more interesting, anyone who votes for the opposing team's options will not receive any token rewards for this proposal, but their votes will still count...
