Of course it's unlikely that voting blocks will not come into conflict. Phase 3 will deal with adversarial coordination to outvote a whale, but this next example shows how even a slight misalignment in goals can produce complexity.
In this task, there are different goals, depending on your team:
Team A:
Make Option 1 and Option 2 combined receive 40% of the vote.
Team B:
Make Option 3 receive twice as many votes as Option 2
Remember that the same quadratic rules as previous proposals still apply!
There are 2000 HOPR tokens available for whichever team gets closest to achieving their goal.
Once again, anyone who directly disrupts the the opposing team will not receive any token rewards for this proposal, but their votes will still count... In this case this means Team A cannot vote for Option 3 and Team B cannot vote for Option 1. Anyone can vote for Option 2.
