Of course, in real life it's unlikely that everyone's preferences will align equally against whales. In this final vote, Teams A and B will have different preferences. The whale's preferences are unchanged. This time the whale can vote at any time.
Team A wants Option 3 to win. Team B wants Option 4 to win.
The whale has a preference for Option 1, but would be happy if Option 2 passed. Try to stop that from happening!
There are 7000 HOPR tokens available for this task. 4000 will be awarded if Option 3 or 4 wins. An additional 3000 will be awarded to the team whose proposal wins. If the whale wins, no-one gets anything!
