The previous situation was easy to navigate because the whale voted early on. Things are much harder if the whale can wait. In this version, the whale will vote at an unspecified time, but definitely before 1pm CEST on May 12th.
The whale has a preference for Option 1, but would be happy if Option 2 passed. Try to stop that from happening!
There are 3000 HOPR tokens available for this task. 50% will be awarded if Option 3 or 4 wins. 100% will be awarded if Option 1 and 2 come in the bottom two places.
