In many voting situations, the interests of large token holders and smaller holders are in direct opposition. Phase 1 showed how quadratic voting can balance things from a purely numerical standpoint, but real voting situations are dynamic. In Phase 3, Teams A and B will try to outvote Team C (the whale), sometimes working together, sometimes separately. Team C will be constrained by different voting rules, to demonstrate how complicated these situations can become.
In this first part, the whale will vote very early in the process. The vote will be cast between 6pm and 7pm CEST.
The whale has a preference for Option 1, but would be happy if Option 2 passed. Try to stop that from happening!
There are 2000 HOPR tokens available for this task. 50% will be awarded if Option 3 or 4 wins. 100% will be awarded if Option 1 and 2 come in the bottom two places.
