Phase 2 Part 1: Simple Coordination

Phase 1 showed how qv can mitigate the voting power of whales. Even if a single account controls many more tokens than everyone else combined, the smaller holders can still win - if they can coordinate their votes.

But coordination is very hard! The tasks in this phase will require you to coordinate with other voters to achieve specific goals.

In this first task, the goal is to get the following vote result:

Option 1 > Option 2 > Option 3 > Option 4 > Option 5

Option 5 must receive at least 10000 votes after qv normalization.
