Withdrawing remaining working group fundsds

All of the working groups within Rarible dao are wrapped up. This proposal is to send the remaining funds to Eric's wallet: 0x4DAAc1943c42B5988629414af1c32936601E81ea

Funds will be used to retroactively pay my salary at market rate for the year spend building Rarible DAO (approved salary of $10K per month was very far below market rate for my services, and was agreed to since there was an additional 30,000 RARI vesting package, valued at ~$1M. This package was cancelled because Rarible.com decided to change their plans with Rarible DAO a year after launch). Remaining funds will be sent to Playgrounds.wtf to keep building that community.
