Postpone claims for MEMO.

This proposal is to gauge the sentiment of the RabbitHole community. This proposal is coming out the Rabbit Hole Governance team.

Claims contract is finished and ready to be deployed.

Wonderland is full of potential but the direction the project is going in is unclear. However what has been made clear is value creation is going to reward wMEMO holders. With each rebase the amount of MEMO needed to hold one wMEMO increases.

By distributing memo from rebases we are slowly reducing the amount of wMEMO we hold and are going to receive less benefits from the direction Wonderland takes. I propose that we postpone claims until the full direction Wonderland takes is made clear and we can make a fully informed decision. Until then we are making a partially informed decision that could hurt us in the long run.

If this vote passes, then we will start with the claims the next month and will be based on the Rebases(40%) going forward.

If this vote fails, then we will need to vote as a community when to start accounting for the rebases.
