Leadership Governance

The leaders need to be able to make decisions rather than running a weeklong snapshot for the community with regards to changing markets. We are proposing, the community to give us the right to manage the treasury until we have a better solution.

The leadership team is purposing to allow funds to be moved with a leadership vote instead of NFT holders until we get a better governance system in place. This is an interim solution for governance until one is set up.

We will need a vote of 4 out of 8 "yes votes" from the leadership team to pass to move funds.
