Postpone Memo Claims for April

Hi everyone, as you have seen from the last month, claims are now live and a lot of people have successfully claimed their $MEMO as the project promised. At the moment while we are waiting for Wonderland to transition into a revenue share model we are still growing our treasury at a great rate in $MEMO. We propose to maximize the treasuries % in the revenue share pool to postpone all claims until Wonderland have got this up and running (should be soon according to Dani).

We think this would be better for our community as a whole going forward and also with the price of $time so low would also give this a chance to increase as-well. We would then need to decide how we utilize the new model from Wonderland to get maximum benefit for our community while keeping the treasury growing nicely along with the claims for trip holders. We are going to run this on a vote so please vote whether you would like to postpone claims or not.
