Following the Call for Proposals issued by the Radiant DAO on December 1, 2023, for marketing agencies specializing in Twitter management and PR strategy, seven diverse and compelling proposals were received from MarketAcross, lechasseur77.eth, Read Write Own, Scrib3, Solus, Radarblock, and Serotonin.
The Radiant Council has carefully reviewed these submissions and shortlisted three agencies based on their potential to meet our specific needs:
The DAO extends its gratitude to all participating agencies for their interest and effort put into their proposals.
RFP-30 initiates a ranked-choice voting process for a comprehensive evaluation reflecting the broader consensus of the DAO.
The selected agency, upon agreement, will undertake the management of Radiant’s Twitter and PR activities.
A key initial responsibility for the agency will include the development of an educational explainer video for Radiant v3 which shall be specified in a tandem RFP.
The initial term of engagement will be as per the minimum duration specified in their proposal, as detailed in the Overall Cost section. This period will be followed by a review phase to evaluate performance and efficacy that will drive further engagement decisions.
This RFP aims to enhance Radiant's brand on Twitter and improve our Public Relations strategy. Our goal is to ensure Radiant's public persona aligns with our core values and mission, emphasizing a community-centric approach. The right marketing agency will boost our engagement and visibility, mirroring Radiant's innovative role in DeFi.
Radiant aims to partner with an experienced agency with a solid track record, crucial for enhancing Radiant's visibility and reinforcing our omnichain DeFi 3.0 mission. The goal is to effectively communicate Radiant's value, increasing our market presence and fostering a unified community around our innovative DeFi solutions.
This RFP presents a summary of the methodologies and pricing information from the three short-listed marketing agencies.

Scrib3 positions itself as a highly technical, crypto-native go-to-market agency with many contributors deeply involved in various DeFi protocols as core builders. Their experience includes collaborations with notable entities in the crypto space, such as the Uniswap Foundation, Mantle, Axelar, Wormhole, Railgun DAO, Kraken, Monad, and other prominent DeFi and infrastructure projects.
Scrib3’s expertise spans PR, social media management, and content creation, offering a holistic understanding of Web3 growth strategies. Their proposed strategy for Radiant encompasses public relations, social media management, influencer relationships, crisis management, both long-form and short-form content services, and design services, all underpinned by robust revenue-focused metrics.
Their approach aims to build organic funnels and maximize touchpoints for long-term organic growth, driving revenue and creating network effects that continually invest in and enrich our community.
Serotonin’s marketing services span the decentralized ecosystem and have brought some of the world’s leading blockchain projects, protocols, and applications to market. Their portfolio includes work with top companies such as PayPal, Osmosis, BitDAO, and Optimism. They excel in brand positioning, media relations, content, product marketing, events, growth marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
Serotonin’s goal is to position Radiant as a trailblazer in decentralized lending, emphasizing its flexibility, adaptability, and innovation.
Their community-first strategy aims to amplify Radiant’s "DeFi 3.0" mission, incorporating key performance metrics and a detailed implementation plan spanning discovery, strategy, PR, and social media management, with a focus on organic growth and global impact.
Radarblock, a Web3-native growth agency, has collaborated with over 25 prominent clients, including GoodEntry, Satori Finance, and API3, to enhance their marketing strategies.
Radarblock believes that strategic communication, emphasis on long-term vision, cultural understanding, and data-backed storytelling will elevate Radiant to new heights.
Radarblock’s strategy is centered around creating impactful, resonant messaging that aligns with Radiant’s vision and mission. Their approach is designed to not just increase visibility, but also to foster a deeper connection with the community, emphasizing Radiant’s unique position in the market.
Each of these agencies offers a unique perspective and set of skills that could greatly benefit Radiant. DAO members are encouraged to delve into the detailed proposals of each agency to make an informed decision in the ranked-choice voting process.

Assignment of Points of Contact (POCs), Champions, Directly Responsible Individuals (DRIs), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from both Radiant and the agency.
Conducting meetings and interviews to develop a comprehensive master marketing plan, including timelines and key milestones.
Obtaining approval and sign-off on the master marketing plan to ensure alignment with Radiant's goals and objectives.
Organizing a kick-off meeting to officially commence the partnership, setting the stage for collaborative and effective marketing efforts.
This RFP focuses on choosing the right marketing agency based on their proposed approach and capabilities. The decision does not automatically endorse the scope and budget proposed by the vendors.
Upon ratification, the DAO will engage with the selected agency to finalize these aspects.
Serotonin proposes a monthly retainer of $35,000 based on their service scope which includes PR services, social media services, growth marketing, and marketing strategy.
Total Cost: $35k per month (after applying a 22% discount)
The proposed operational timeline is six months.
Scrib3's proposal includes a PR strategy, full social media management, and a marketing manager role, who would function as a head of marketing or fractional CMO.
Total Cost: $20k per month (after applying a 20% discount)
The proposed operational timeline is 1 year.
Radarblock’s proposal includes a growth package (Twitter and PR), Twitter account management & PR account management.
Total Cost: $15k per month (after applying a 20% discount)
Note: Costs exclude individual KOL and selected PR outlet expenses, which are payable directly to the concerned parties without any markup from Radarblock.
This proposal has an operational timeline of four months.
For RFP-30, the DAO members will participate in a ranked-choice voting process. The agency with the highest cumulative preference across all votes will be selected for the marketing and PR activities of Radiant. Members are asked to rank the following options based on their preference:
