Summary

• Price RG shares in terms of dollars instead of ETH
• Set the cost of joining RG (i.e. initial tribute) at $500
• Initially, shares will be purchased with tribute of wxdai (this is flexible and can change later) following the DAO migration to the xdai network

3. No, RG should not move off ETH share price
