Developer Grant Proposal - $PLAY

$PLAY is building specific tools and programs to bring new users, community developers, and economy tools to Rally. The $PLAY team is known as a group of very active developers and community members. Dave Young founded the group, and team members each have 20+ years of success in their areas of expertise, including product management, engineering, technical art, audio engineering, sound FX, music production, data analysis, project management, infrastructure, marketing, game development, ad ops, and video production on the team.

This proposal is for a single 1.27M (1,270,000) $RLY grant to accelerate existing development of 5 high-value projects which together could generate upwards of 3-4M $RLY per month.

Projects Covered by Proposal Project: Creator Coin Game Platform A web-based gaming platform for Creator Coins.This will allow thousands of game developers to integrate Rally Creator Coin(s) into their new or existing Unity-based games. Deliverables include:

• A Unity plugin
• Server-based Purchasing system and Developer Portal
• Public arcade site to host the games
• Audience interaction tools for streamers
• Simple game customization tools for Creators
• Coin-specific and Global Leaderboard system

Project Transparency and Target Milestones They will create a live dashboard as part of the Creator Services and Games platform. It will show attributable user growth metrics and relevant economics at least at a macro level to create a live level of transparency.

Work on the projects has already begun and is expected to run through Q3 and into Q4 2021.
