Add Bina Motiram to the Rally Registry to enable her to post proposals on Snapshot.
Proposal:
This proposal is made to recommend Bina as a new member of the Rally Registry for Snapshot so she is whitelisted to make proposals on Snapshot. Bina is an active member of the community and coming up with new ways to better community governance and Rally network processes. Her input on new community proposals would be additive and beneficial to the network.
A "Yes" vote will approve Bina into the Rally Registry and enable her to submit Snapshot proposals.
A "No" vote will deny Bina membership in the Rally Registry.
