Community Treasury Proposal: Amend Wallet for CoinList Proceeds

• Amend the Community Treasury wallet address to which the proceeds from the CoinList distribution will be directed.

Background: The community previously approved up to 40M $RLY to be distributed through CoinList, with all proceeds from the distribution through CoinList to be directed to the Community Treasury, following payment of CoinList’s fees.

This proposal is to approve a new Community Treasury wallet address to which CoinList will direct the proceeds. This wallet will hold Community Treasury funds, is custodied by Coinbase and will be managed by the Treasury Manager.

Proposal This proposal will authorize CoinList to direct proceeds from the CoinList distribution to the following address: 0xAb9C84ad7f8B1356A370d367234fe215DF979Ec2.

A Yes vote for this proposal would approve the distribution of proceeds to the updated wallet address identified above.

A No vote would result in rejection of this proposal.
