This proposal to approve the Rally.io Technical Incident Policy is being made to address the interests of the Rally community by implementing a standardized policy, including the granting of oversight authority and allocation of community funds, to address technical incidents occurring due to infrastructure adjustments or external attacks impacting Rally.io. The policy addresses roles and responsibilities of the sidechain administrator, community treasury manager and community, how to limit exposure and compensate any losses suffered by creators and community members impacted, and reporting requirements.
