[Zealy] - Allocating rewards to our Community

Intro

We recently created a Zealy community. However, for it to thrive, it'd be good to incentivize taking part in it. As our Treasury currently holds over 5.7M RPTR, giving some RPTR as rewards sounds like a great option.

Description

We're thinking of allocating money to rewarding Zealy Quests, in order to incentivize claiming Quests. That would help our community, as people would have an actual reason to claim Quests (not just fancy XPs).

How would it be distributed?

• Allowing to redeem XP for RPTR
• New Quests with RPTR as a reward

Consequences

• If this proposal resolves to "Allocate 500k RPTR", we'll allocate 500k RPTR from Treasury towards rewards for Zealy Quests.
• If this proposal resolves to "Allocate 1M RPTR", we'll allocate 1M RPTR from Treasury towards rewards for Zealy Quests.

In both scenarios, we'll keep track of reward distributions in a shared spreadsheet, made public to the community.

• However, if this proposal resolves to "Do nothing", we won't do anything.
