[Treasury Management] - Cash Management for June 2024

Intro

This proposal relates to the management of our treasury's stablecoin income over june 2024.

Description

Since treasury regularly receives stablecoins (e.g. contributions), this vote is related to the way we're going to invest/use these stablecoins.

Consequences

All stablecoins received by Raptor Treasury over june 2024 will be used/invested following the results of this proposal.

Note: This proposal doesn't apply to interests accruing on our Venus balance, neither to potential aave interest (if we end up lending on Aave), as it would require to scoop up the yield manually (which takes time and requires gas fees). Thus, we're gonna let these compound over time.
