[Treasury Management] - Cash Management for August 2024

Intro

This proposal relates to the management of our treasury's stablecoin income over august 2024.

Description

Since our treasury regularly receives stablecoins (e.g. contributions), this vote is related to the way we're going to invest/use these stablecoins.

Consequences

Stablecoins received by the Raptor Treasury over august 2024 will be used/invested following the results of this proposal.

Please note that this doesn't apply to interests accruing on our Venus/Aave positions, as it would require scooping up the yield manually, and paying gas fees. Thus, we're going to let these compound over time. Additionally, we won't claim RPTR-USDC fees everytime since it also requires gas fees, which can be counterproductive (e.g. if gas > claimed amount).
