[Socials] Create a Zealy Community

As some pointed out in chat, creating a Zealy Community might bring raptor some visibility in the current bull market.

What is zealy

Zealy is a platform which allows to create Quests, allowing quest claimers to get points/rewards. Thus, it could be a great way to incentivize engaging with Raptor, especially in the bull market.

Costs incurred

Rewards

Quests involve giving rewards (otherwise, what's the point of even fullfilling them?). These funds will be distributed from treasury (there'll be votes regarding rewards).

Zealy plan/subscription

While Zealy offers paid plan starting at $249 $/month, they also offer a free plan, which should be enough as Raptor is still small (also, treasury currently doesn't hold enough USDC to cover one full month of Zealy subscription :/). If the community grew to the point of reaching free plan's limits, there'd be another vote on relative to switching to paid plan or not.

Consequences

If this proposal passes, we'll create a zealy profile/space, using the free plan, and look into some starting quests (there'll be a vote if it involves distributing funds from treasury).
