[Treasury Management] - Cash Management for September 2024

Intro

This proposal relates to the management of our treasury's stablecoin income over september 2024.

Description

Since our treasury regularly receives stablecoins (e.g. contributions), this vote is related to the way we're going to invest/use these stablecoins.

Current state of the treasury

Currently, our treasury holds the following:

• 186.43 USDC on Venus ($186.43)
• 98.6 USDC on Aave ($98.6)
• 1.27 BUSD ($1.27)
• 25 USDC in the RPTR/USDC pool ($25)

Totalling $311.3

As well as:

• 6441129.259 RPTR
• 680900 RPTR in the RPTR/USDC pool

Totalling 7122029.259 RPTR worth $542.87

For a grand total of $854.17

Consequences

Stablecoins received by the Raptor Treasury over september 2024 will be used/invested following the results of this proposal.

Please note that this doesn't apply to interests accruing on our Venus/Aave positions, since it would require scooping up the yield manually, and paying gas fees. Thus, we're going to let these compound over time. Additionally, we won't claim RPTR-USDC fees every time since it also requires gas fees, which can be counterproductive (e.g. if gas > claimed amount).
