[Treasury Management] - Cash Management for January 2024

Intro

This proposal relates to the management of our treasury's stablecoin income over january 2024.

Description

As Raptor Treasury is regularly receiving stablecoins (for example, I'm contributing to it), this this vote relates to how we're gonna use/invest these funds.

Consequences

All stablecoins received by Raptor Treasury over january 2024 will be used/invested following the results of this proposal. Note: It doesn't apply to interests accruing on our Venus balance, as it would require to manually scoop up the yield (which takes time and requires gas fees). Thus, we're gonna let these compound.
