$RARI tokens that are used for Uniswap LP should count in votes
Users who use their $RARI to provide liquidity on Uniswap currently cannot use their full voting power here, even though they provide a vital service for all other $RARI holders by enabling them to swap their earnings back to ETH.
The voting API should take into account the Uniswap_V2 tokens held in the RARI-ETH pool to calculate the amount of votes a community member has.
