Community Wallet Royalty Proposal

Members of the RASC community have proposed to raise the marketplace royalty from 3.5% to 10% in order to fund a community wallet for activations. The proposed split would be 6% to the community wallet and 4% to the team.

If approved, Snapshot voting would be used for future community wallet expenses.
