Proposal 4 - Setting A Proposal Duration

Purpose: Establishing what the duration of a proposal on Snapshot should be for the community.

Overview: Setting an appropriate level of community engagement is important towards proposals that are proposed to move the community and overall project in a particular direction.

Setting an appropriate duration is paramount when attempting to make sure we are including as many rat holders as possible. Given that we live in a world where we are not always able to be at our mobile device, computer or immersed in this web3 world we should provide time for rat holders to weigh their decisions, ask questions and submit their votes without feeling pressured to make an immediate decision.

The five following options are being proposed as possible durations.

1. 3 days
2. 7 days (1 week)
3. 10 days
4. 14 days (2 weeks)
5. 1 Month

Note - At a later time, the community could request for the proposal duration length to be increased or decreased via a proposal.
