Display Banksy in FAS Spatial gallery

This vote is to determine if the community would like to display the Banksy NFT in the FindArtSociety's (FAS) Spatial gallery.

A "Yes" vote will allow the NFT image and link to Opensea to be displayed within the gallery for vistors to view when in the gallery. A plaque with ratDAO's information and original mission will be displayed. By displaying the Banksy NFT in the gallery, the community will achieve one of the goals of the original founders of this project.

A "No" vote will deny the opportunity to display the Banksy NFT in the FAS Spatial gallery. The only place to view the Banksy NFT would be on OpenSea until another location is brought to the community as an option.

Additional information: This is not a sale or transfer of any ownership of the Banksy NFT. This is simply the image of the NFT being on display to bring attention to what ratDAO originally set out to do.
