RAW DAO Dissolution Part 2 Proposal

Context

RAW DAO has initiated a process of dissolution as per the previously approved dissolution proposal, which left the decision of how to manage the existing NFT collection pending a future vote.

This proposal intends to settle the dissolution mechanism of the NFTs still held in RAW DAO’s vaults as per the aforementioned proposal.

Proposal

1. The options for liquidation of the NFT collection held by RAW DAO are the following: a. sale of all NFTs for ETH; b. partial sale of most liquid NFTs and donation of most illiquid to a yet-to-be-chosen institution; c. total donation to a yet-to-be-chosen institution; d. raffle all NFTs to members according to their share of $RAW outstanding; e. auction to members using $RAW for bids.
2. After settlement of this vote, RAW DAO main vault signers will be tasked with executing the chosen option in the most judicious way possible.
3. The specific deal to be struck within the course-of-action chosen in this proposal must be approved with a forthcoming Snapshot vote.
