Update to Treasury Management Proposal

Context

This proposal updates the treasury management strategy to preserve and grow RAW DAO's treasury.

Proposal

1. Update the current treasury according to the tables below:

2. Execution of transactions will be handled by main vault and finance vault signers;

3. Exact timing of transactions will be determined by main vault and finance vault signers and shall be chosen opportunistically;

4. Transactions must be executed within 14 days of approval of this proposal.
