Context

This proposal outlines steps for the dissolution of RAW DAO as per ongoing discussions in the Discord community.

Proposal

The approval of this proposal will kickstart the dissolution process as per the steps below:

1. Distribute all liquid assets to $RAW holders proportionately to their share of total outstanding $RAW tokens at the moment of distribution immediately, according to the table below:

2. A subsequent proposal shall be approved to define how to handle illiquid assets, including but not limited to the NFT collection, with the following options:

   1. sale of all NFTs for ETH;
   2. partial sale of most liquid NFTs and donation of most illiquid to a yet-to-be-chosen institution;
   3. total donation to a yet-to-be-chosen institution;
   4. raffle all NFTs to members according to their share of $RAW outstanding;
   5. auction to members using $RAW for bids.

3. Once all assets are distributed, execute any outstanding tasks to wind down operations such as closing accounts and subscriptions;

4. A parallel snapshot vote shall be held at Fingerprints DAO to define how their $RAW balance ($RAW 1,250,000 / 40.84% of outstanding tokens) will vote for this proposal, which must be considered in the results.
