Approve new r/datadao Governance

Vote for the new proposal how the community should govern itself!

Establish a governance system for the rDataDAO, structured to ensure effective decision-making and community engagement. The DAO operates with different tiers of governance, involving the entire community, a senate, and various appointed mayors.

Core aspects:

1. Approve the new Governance structure a) Community voting on different types of proposals b) Establish a Senate that are elected Community Leaders that are entrusted with developing proposals and leading the DAO. c) Establish Majors, that are persons appointed by the Senate for specific functional areas (can hold both Mayoral and Senate Roles)

2. Approve the new rDataDAO Token Supply Proposal a) Phase 2 claiming officially stops 2 weeks after the Senate Vote b) All remaining tokens go into the Token Treasury for the community benefit and Phase 3 c) Minting is stopped. Any new minting is subject to proposal and community vote
