Cyclone is the leading #PriFi protocol that offers cross-chain + zkSNARKs-based privacy, with yield enhancement, governed by the decentralized DAO. Cyclone has been successfully launched on IoTeX blockchain (~5m USD TVL) and BSC blockchain (~25m USD TVL).

Proposal

We propose to launch Cyclone Protocol on Ethereum mainnet on April 16, 2021, 5AM UTC.

The following are the Genesis Pools for Ethereum mainnet, aka Coffee Pools. Note that the definition of asset/coin/CYC denominations is the same as in https://docs.cyclone.xyz/cyc-token/anonymity-mining-v2#terminology.

Initial Mint To Treasury DAO

In addition, when launching on Ethereum mainnet, 202.1 CYC (yes, 202.1 again!) will be initially minted such that:

• 2.1 CYC - testing and initial liquidity provision on Uniswap
• 200 CYC - deposit to treasury DAO. All funds in treasury DAO are initially locked, the spend of which needs to be approved through the community voting.

The Vote

This proposal needs to be approved via a vote by the community before execution.
