Burning Unclaimed Royalties Older Than 60 Days

To improve the sustainability of our ecosystem, we propose burning unclaimed royalties that are older than 60 days. If approved, the first snapshot will take place on 15th December, and all unclaimed royalties from before 15th October 00:00 UTC will be burned.

Subsequent burns will occur monthly, ensuring that only unclaimed tokens beyond the 60-day threshold are affected. This approach reduces token stagnation and strengthens the overall ecosystem.
