Increase marketplace Royalty

This is a proposal to change the royalty that directs funds to the treasury.

Early development has been steered by the Realms team, but future development will be determined by a community DAO.

If the proposal is approved, the same royalty will be set across all marketplaces.

Benefits

• Royalties create an inflow of funds to the treasury, allowing the sustainable future of Realms to be controlled and built by the community instead of relying on external funding.
• Enables the DAO to manage a bigger fund for experimentation, artistic endeavours and more

We believe an increase to 5% (from 1%) is currently the optimal royalty rate for the DAO to manage the assets to support the rapid adoption of Realms by the community.
