Public Test Allocation

As we continue to make progress with the Recharge upgrade, we will be launching a public test group where people can participate to earn tokens. The following proposal is to request the use of some of the treasury funds to reward participants.

Testers would be rewarded the equivalent of $10 in bR3FI (around 125 bR3FI at current prices) for each completed test. Rewards will be sent out after all testing is completed and calculated at the time of payment. Any unused budget will remain in the treasury.
