RIP30: Extend Audit budget by 100k

So far we’ve utilised, $93k of the $150k audit budget for June-November 2022.

We propose that this budget is extended by $100k to allow for an essential second audit of pxGMX/pxGLP and potentially pxBTRFLY (if the RFF for pxBTRFLY passes).
