Proposal to Recover 35.493913861 BTRFLY and Distribute 1/2 via Grants to new Holders

I accidentally sent 35.493913861 of my BTRFLY from my wallet (0x7520b436e75e59e4c8343196413e6139d8851585) to the BTRFLY contract address, here are the Etherscan details: https://etherscan.io/tx/0x3cdf53a65efbfc79948090c78b0477009567fd846811585401f6e6ea37dc8d15. This was a huge mistake on my part and I own it.

My idea is to try and recover 1/2 for myself and give the other half of the BTRFLY away in grants to people that advance the cause of Redacted. The 17.75 Butterfly can be used by Caterpillars, Certified Butterflys and Lepidopterists as grants to encourage the following:
