RIP47: Swap between Redacted DAO and Olympus DAO

Redacted DAO (“Redacted”) will pay to Olympus DAO (“Olympus”) $3.75 million in $gOHM tokens, equal to 1,315.8 $gOHM tokens at a price of $2,850 per $gOHM. In exchange, Redacted will stop all vesting of $BTRFLY to Olympus and Olympus will pay Redacted all of the $BTRFLY (and future unlocking $BTRFLY from rlBTRFLY) in its possession, equal to at least 5,429.23 $BTRFLY. Further, Olympus (and its stakeholders, successors, and/or assignees) will agree to pursue no action against Redacted DAO, and/or any operators of it’s multi-sig wallets for stopping the vesting described above.

Because this proposal is in support of a mutual settlement of claims with Olympus DAO, this proposal will not go into effect unless the Olympus DAO also approves of this agreement, in its snapshot vote (https://snapshot.org/#/olympusdao.eth/proposal/0xd8385b5c41a1781aa7622476d6c7879bef9d75f317f5155f9b1544e2f0458791).
