Operation Strategic Asset Committee

TLDR: The aim of this proposal is to provide the policy team with the autonomy and agility to increase capital efficiency, exploit available opportunities and achieve Redacted’s long term vision and goals through the acquisition of more strategic assets using less strategic assets (including stablecoins and other forms of money).
