TL:DR:

To prepare REDACTED for REDACTED V2, we propose the following changes to staking emissions:

• Reduction of staking emissions from a 0.5625% reward rate to a 0.2025% reward rate over 80 days.

• This equates to staking rewards of 1,011% APY (assuming 92% of capital is staked)

• If the spot price of BTRFLY is below 125% of the backing per token for more than 8 hours, staking emissions will be reduced to 0.2025% reward rate over 7 days.

• For the remainder of the 80 days, if the spot price of BTRFLY is above 200% of the backing per token for more than 24 hours, staking emissions will resume on the above reduction schedule.
