⚖️ Voting rules

Quadratic voting (QV) — each voter has an equal voting budget to allocate across the 9 candidates. Each candidate's effective votes from you = √(credits you allocated). Spreading rewards broad trust; concentrating gets quadratically expensive.

Example with a 100-credit budget:
- 100 credits on 1 candidate = √100 = 10 effective votes (total: 10)
- 25 credits each on 4 candidates = √25 = 5 effective votes each (total: 20)
- ~11 credits each on 9 candidates ≈ √11 ≈ 3.3 each (total: ~30)
Trade-off: concentrate for intensity per candidate · spread for total influence.
