Refraction Code of Conduct

Summary

This proposal is in service of one of the goals set out in our Season 02/03 plan. It requests the Refraction community to ratify the Code of Conduct that has been developed over the past couple of months. See the full Code of Conduct here.

The Code of Conduct is a living document subject to refinement and changes by the Refraction community in the future.

Motivation

The goal of this Code of Conduct is to (1) sustain a community where members, contributors, volunteers, and participants feel welcome, comfortable, and respected by showing up as their full selves and (2) be explicit about a process for how we engage with one another and hold each other accountable.

Outcomes

If ratified, this proposal will result in the adoption of the Code of Conduct by the Refraction community.

The Code of Conduct is being released under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike License for use by other communities.
