Liquid stake all of our $SOL through Jito Network

This proposal would direct the multisig to liquid stake all of our Solana through Jito Network: https://www.jito.network/

Since we bought the SOL to hold for a while it is better to earn some yield (~9-10%) rather than none.

Jito is one of the largest Solana protocols and is well-audited. So the funds should be safe :)
