Proposal 149: Admit Jared Boal to the DAO

Description: Jared has been a member from afar for much of Reidar’s lifetime, invested through @lanana.eth. Given the fact that we no longer actively recruit combined with the number of open spots we have (30+), I think it makes sense to allow Jared to become an official member of our DAO.

Posting Jared’s short bio again here: I was a fund director for a year lecturing students on financial analysis and crypto politics, a founding partner of Maybird investment fund, a specialized investment fund that invests in 3-5 companies a year focusing on fintech and special situations. I can help source opportunities utilizing my expertise in software both consumer and enterprise, application development, payment products, tokens and promotions. I am currently a product manager for a Y-Combinator backed startup who is the market leader in providing software for paying to skip lines at venues, and has a platform for mobile drink ordering, and ticketing.

Mechanics: Jared will be sent his share of tokens being held by @lanana.eth to a wallet of his own and sign all necessary documents.
