Proposal 135: Buy back 49 tokens from Pat at a token price of 0.08625 ETH per token

Given the fair market value estimations in the #general by Deefins, as well as accounting for liquidity discounts (25%), I proposes the DAO to buyout my tokens looking to exit at 0.08625ETH per token.

Further, voting in favor of this proposal would also enact the following standard: DAO ownership caps are only enforced during new minting rounds, and not during member liquidations.
