Proposal 107: Claim $SAFE and Delegate Voting to Abraham

For context Gnosis has spun out Gnosis Safe as a separate product and has just enabled claiming of a $SAFE token for Gnosis users that meet certain requirements. At launch, $SAFE is a non-transferable ERC-20 compatible token (so we can't sell it right away), but in order to claim the $SAFE we must appoint a delegate that will vote on behalf of the DAO in the SAFEDAO.

I (Abraham) am very knowledgeable on the Safe product and the ecosystem surrounding it, so would offer myself up to serve as the delegate. This does not give me ownership over the tokens etc, it only allows me to vote with the tokens.
