Buyout Kenshiro's 47 Reidar tokens at a 10% discount to FMV

Kenshiro asked to be bought out of Reidar nearly 2 months ago and has been very patient with us since. He has 47 tokens and been very accepting of delays where others would likely have grown impatient.

The typical exit tax is 20%, but given Kenshiro's courtesy, I've lowered it to 10% for this proposal. If you don't believe in lowering the exit tax, you should vote against this proposal. This is one of its facets.

I conducted fair market value estimates of each of our assets and came to the following numbers. If there is no explanation for the valuation you can assume the floor price of the collection was taken.

BAYC = 84.5 ETH

CryptoPunk = 66.88 ETH

The Nakamoto = 95 ETH.

• although this asset has a universal floor at 119 ETH, the recent sales in both the 50s and 70s (tax loss harvesting or not), as well as continued buying interest in the 80s and 90s suggested a reduction to 95 ETH.

Koda (with Weapon) = 17.5 ETH

Charming Cheetah = 20 ETH

• Given recent sales of similar characters it seems our cost basis of 20 has more or less held since we made this purchase.

ETH in the treasury = 31.54

This gives us a total of 315.42 ETH. Divided by the number of active tokens in circulation, 1728 (1760 - 32), the value of one Reidar token comes out to 0.183 ETH. Multiplied by Kenshiro's 47 tokens is 8.57 ETH, less the 10% exit tax comes to 7.72 ETH.

Therefore, we'd be sending 7.72 ETH to Kenshiro.
